Shades of Stuttgart THE RAINBOW YEAR BIGGER AND BETTER THAN EVER Sunday July 30 - 10:30am till 3:00pm Shades of Stuttgart our annual display this year returns to the Tsawwassen Mills Mall. This event is going to be our largest yet, with over 200 spaces available.
