OSOYOOS SUMMER WINE & DINE TOUR
July 19 - 21, 2023
Follow us to the Watermark Beach Resort in Osoyoos, BC to enjoy a unique and an exclusive weekend of local wines and culinary experiences. Customized menus provided by local Chefs at two farms featuring local sustainable ingredients and highlighting local wines and ciders. This tour is limited to 10 cars or 20 guests due to the intimacy of the dinner at Chef's Table Backyard Farm.

WEEKEND OVERVIEW
Wednesday, July 19th
- The Drive is Hope to Osoyoos using Crowsnest Highway 3E and some twist and turns enroute
- Lunch in Cawston BC at Row Fourteen Restaurant and Cidery – (Not in Registration Fee Paid by Participant)
- Hotel Check in (Not in Registration Fee Paid by Participant)
- Reception at local TBA short walk off property (Not in Registration Fee Paid by Participant)
Thursday, July 20th
- Optional Day time activities including Wine Tasting, Exploring the District Wine Village, or simply poolside, and sightseeing
- A spirited drive to Telegraph Hill
- 4pm. Car show and Shine at the Watermark Hotel Beach front
THE MAIN EVENT:
- Picked up at the Hotel by a private transportation company and driven to Backyard Farm Chef’s Table in Oliver, BC. To enjoy a farm to table local cuisine paired with Chef selection, highlighting local wines.
Friday, July 19th
- Hotel Check Out
- Tour officially ends in Osoyoos
If you don't currently have a Club Name Tag order one during the registration process
CANCELLATION POLICY:
No registration refund for tour registrants cancelling unless the PCA-CWR is able to resell the space to other members.
Notwithstanding the above, if the event is cancelled due to Covid-19, forest fires, floods, or acts of God, registrants will receive a full refund.
TOUR REGISTRANTS CANCELLING MUST CANCEL THEIR TOUR REGISTRATION PRIOR TO CANCELLING THEIR HOTEL ROOM RESERVATION. THEREFORE, IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL PLEASE CONTACT THE TOUR LEADS, JON or TERI SUNDERLAND, PRIOR TO CANCELLING SO WE CAN ARRANGE FOR ANOTHER MEMBER TO TAKE YOUR HOTEL RESERVATION.
