HPDE – Tech Inspection
All High Performance Driver Education events require completion of a
Pre-Event Tech Form within a 30 day window PRIOR to the event. This form MUST be completed, signed, and submitted electronically 10 days before the event. This form should be completed by a certified mechanic or by the participant if he/she feels competent to do so. It is highly recommended to have a shop inspect your car periodically.
We will still be inspecting cars on the day of the event, but the inspection will be less intensive. As always, though, it’s up to the participant to be sure that their car is in the proper condition to participate in the event and that it will pass the inspection we perform.
If your vehicle fails inspection on any point, or if it is found to be deficient at any time during the day, you will need to make the required repair prior to participating in the event or you will not be able to participate and your entry fee will be forfeit.
Please, be sure your car is track-ready for your own safety, and the safety of your fellow participants.
