The AGM is being held for the following purposes: - To receive and consider the financial statements of PCA-CWR for the year 2020 - To approve the minutes of the May, 2020 Annual General Meeting - To announce that the PCA-CWR By-Laws and Procedures (Red Book) are in the process of being updated and revised - Once the Red Book is reviewed and endorsed by the Board, the Red Book will be available to the region's membership in accordance with the BC Societies Act.
