After a 4-year absence, the 2024 Vancouver International Auto Show (VIAS) will take place at the Vancouver Convention Centre on March 22- 24/24! As part of the festivities, the PCA-CWR has been invited to showcase a display of Porsches at the Jack Poole Plaza on both Saturday, March 23/24 and Sunday, March 24/24!
While the PCA-CWR won't have a booth at the auto show this year, we are very excited to participate in the "Daily Drive-Up Program" held at the Jack Poole Plaza (just west of the Convention Centre)! The PCA-CWR has been asked to create a display as follows:
ONLY 14 CARS WILL BE SELECTED FOR EACH DAY
Saturday, March 23/24 – 911s representing the 8 different series of 911 over the decades with as little colour duplication as possible
Sunday, March 24/24 – an exclusive display of GT3, GT3RS and GT2 cars
PLEASE NOTE --- you MUST arrive at Jack Poole Plaza no later than 8:00 am and you CANNOT leave the display until 7:00 pm (roughly sunset). We realize this makes for a long day, but it is important to the VIAS organizers that we fully participate in the Daily Drive-Up Program for the entire day.
Besides being a fun time with fellow PCA-CWR members and the general public, VIAS will provide each participant with a special VIAS scarf, a pair of touch-screen gloves and 5 complimentary tickets to the 2024 auto show valid on any day.

Based on the criteria VIAS have specified, Mike will select participants and get back to them to confirm their participation no later than February 15, 2024.
